WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT DELIVERY METHODS?

We deliver via Mondial Relay, Colissimo and Chronopost.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Returns of your order are accepted, provided that your request for withdrawal is made within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

To ensure that the return and refund go smoothly, please strictly follow the procedure to follow (otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund):

  • Write to us here with your order number to inform us of your cancellation request. From this date, you have 14 days to return the products to us (the shipping date being the date of origin).
  • Please ensure that all products are in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded.
  • Please include in your package with the product(s) in question, your completed delivery slip with the list of returned products, as well as the reason for the return.
  • Return the package to the address indicated on your delivery slip.
  • Choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims for lost packages.

The refund will be made upon receipt of your package.

CUSTOMS FEES

Customs fees are specific to each country and depend on the amount of your order.

When fees apply, they are your responsibility. For a delivery address located in metropolitan France, there will be no customs fees to pay.

RETURN OF LIMITED EDITIONS

Limited edition or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

To report a problem with one of your products, please contact customer service through the contact form within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Any request made after these deadlines cannot be processed.

EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

We do not offer exchanges. If you do not wish to keep your products and they have not been opened, we invite you to consult our return conditions.

RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS

For a return of multiple orders, we invite you to make a request for each order so that we can check that each of them meets the return conditions and avoid any confusion when receiving the products.

We invite you to return returned products to us by separate order number to ensure that they correspond to the correct order and that they will not be considered excess products.

Return fees will be applied to each order individually.

MAKE A PARTIAL RETURN

If you only wish to return part of your order, we invite you to select the products you wish to return. It will also be necessary to keep us informed if you change your mind between the return request and your shipment, and if the returned contents are different.

Any unreported changes may result in non-refund of certain products if they do not appear in the initial return request.

CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you have entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible during our business hours with the necessary information. We will attempt to change the address if the package has not already been processed by our order pickers.

If your contact details are no longer editable, we recommend contacting the carrier to try to change the address.

If this is not possible, the package will be shipped to the address indicated first.

YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE

If the tracking indicates your package as delivered, we recommend waiting until the end of the day before contacting customer service, as the tracking may have been updated in advance by the delivery person and the package may still be in the process of being delivered.

We then invite you to check with your caretaker and neighbors, as well as your post office, to see if your order has been delivered there. After these checks, you can contact us and we will find a solution together.

Please note that our limited edition products are not eligible for customer complaint resolution with returns at the brand's expense.

Customer service will be able to offer a commercial proposal adapted to the situation.
